There are many activities available like cafes, old Pub, library, kayaking and windsurfing from the front garden, fishing, golf, horse riding. With a 10 min drive you have sandboarding at Opononi and 30min drive you are at the Waipoua forest and visit Tane Mahuta the large Kauri tree. Finally you are 45min drive to the bay of islands.
