Situated right on the beachfront at Pataua South. Faces North, fantastic views of beach. The house is two storied, very spacious, has five bedrooms, plus a sleepout. Comfortably sleeps 13 plus cot. 2 queen size beds, 1 double, 1 set bunks, 5 singles. Would suit 2 families. Two toilets, two showers, plus outside shower. Kitchen is equipped with basic necessities, (jug, toaster,wall oven, hob, microwave) Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc. There is an upright fridge freezer in kitchen. The kitchen looks out over the beachfront, so it is easy to watch children playing in sand. Separate laundry has dryer, automatic washing machine. Large lounge is upstairs and has amazing views of the bay. There is TV (can plug in Sky Digital), and stereo. There is a deck looking over the beachfront, coming from the kitchen/dining area. Ideal for barbeques in the evening. Outdoor umbrella and outdoor furniture available. Large safe garden, fully fenced. Safe beaches, estuary plus surf beaches, Good for fishing off bridge or boating. There is a golf course 15 minutes drive away.
