Begin each day with the revitalising vista from the large open plan living dining area, of the morning sun seeping across the Waikawa Marina. A large decking surrounds the front of the home offering expansive views of the marina and both up and down the valley. Pure pleasure…
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, and its own private balcony. Here hangs a handcrafted 2 seater swing, a wonderful reading spot if you can take your eyes off the view!
We have two other spacious double bedrooms that share a balcony on the other side of the house. The valley from here is wonderfully picturesque.
The fourth bedroom has bunkbeds, and is just across the hall.
The sea is a 5 minute walk offering its own abundance of activities and possibilities. With recreational Marlborough on your doorstep, there’s no shortage of things to see and do.
After an adventure filled day with sun, sea and fresh air, the kids can chill out in their own spacious area of the top floor. Open and airy with sleeping for 4 this is great for them to have their own special place too.
You may prefer to ease your body and mind soaking in the spa bath or sitting in the tranquil native garden, listening to the sounds of the bush that gently slopes up behind you.
Even cooking has a view in this house. Preparing your meals in the fully equipped kitchen looking up the valley is unforgettable. If you have to work on holiday we want to make it stress free and pleasurable.
There are settings for twelve and meals may be enjoyed inside or out.
The spectacular sunsets are best enjoyed from the solid outdoor furniture on the front decking with a glass of Marlborough wine after a good meal then a leisurely evening stroll around the bay.
This is not a home away from home, Its better! Indulge yourself!
