Beach House only 130 metres from Surf Beach. Newer very comfortable, clean, tidy, single level family home. It is situated just beyond the surf club alongside the reserve. The house is fully equipped with quality furnishings and new beds. It has three bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom with separate bath & shower, and laundry with automatic washing machine & dryer. The large open plan living area includes a modern well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave, coffee plunger, cutlery, drinkware and small appliances. There is plenty of seating and space in the lounge area with a TV, VCR, stereo with CD player, dining table seating six, breakfast bar seating three and a high chair. The house features a large wrap around deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is also a hot/cold water shower outside, for ease of cleaning up after coming back from the beach. For the young ones, there is a three-wheel mountain buggy - great for walks on the beach, and a large sandpit in the back yard. And for the young at heart, there are body boards also.
Enjoy this peaceful relaxing location with the surf, reserve, boating, fishing, 9 & 18-hole golf course, bush walks, shops and restaurants, all very close by.
You will definitely enjoy your stay!
