Casa Del Mar is a Mediterranean style character beach house suitable for up to 3 couples(3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) or a family. A casual, relaxing, yet stylish and unique base for your memorable holiday.
Relax in privacy and enjoy ocean views over Palm Beach to Rakino Island to the north and across Waiheke Island to Maratai Beach on the mainland.
A modern kitchen features gas hob, dish drawer, fridge/freezer and oven all in matching stainless finish. Open living area with large Mediterranean style sunny deck with large dining table and open fire. Three double bedrooms each with their own character external courtyard access and bathroom.
Palm Beach is a gorgeous sandy eastern beach with gentle breakers, safe swimming and fantastic beach walks. Drive or take an easy ten minute walk to the beach where you'll find ample parking, dairy, art gallery and even boasts a beachfront cafe.
On arriving at Waiheke you can take a 15 minute bus ride to within 150 metres of the front door, or take a taxi for approx. $12. While close to Palm Beach, shops and restaurants at Oneroa and Ostend are only a short distance away.
Casa Del Mar is a very unique house with its very own relaxed atmosphere. This combined with the surrounding beaches, restaurants, wineries and galleries makes it the ideal venue for a relaxing holiday in summer or winter.
