Sunny cedar wood holiday home, three-bedrooms on a large section with establish trees and views over the nature reserve and down to the lake. Only five minutes walk to the swimming beach, Kinloch store, restaurant and boat ramp. Soak up the sun on the deck or snuggle in front of the open fire. The property is private and backs onto the nature reserve where you can follow the paths past a trout spawning stream and down to the lake.
The house has a modern, well-equipped kitchen with diswasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit. The living area is open plan with open fire, TV, video and stereo. There are two showers, two toilets and a separate laundry. Gas BBQ. All bedrooms are double and two bedrooms open onto the sunny deck.
