This modern roomy house is located in the exclusive Meadowstone subdivision, Wanaka and only minutes from the lake and town centre. It has mountain views, a glimpse of the lake, and a sunny deck off the lounge. The double garage has internal access. The house is double glazed and is heated by a gas-fired log burner and electric heating in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and large walk-in wardrobe (with a single bed). All mod cons - dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo and Sky Digital TV during ski season. Easy walk to town centre and lake. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.
