It is located in a sheltered position about 200m from the glorious Medlands Beach. It has an out door fire place and bar-b-que with seating, an indoor traditional wood stove and a modern gas refrigerator, oven and cook top. It silently generates its own power from wind and solar energy and has solar water heating .
