Paraparaumu beach village shops and cafes and world class golf course a leisurely stroll away. Right across the road (not beachfront) from Paraparaumu beach, only 45 minutes drive from Wellington this spacious character home is yours to enjoy.
Three sun filled spacious bedrooms. All with double sized beds and two bedrooms have an additional single bed. There is also a cot. Two living rooms with flow onto decks to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The fully fenced enchanting garden encourages you to enjoy the perfect al fresco dining environment on balmy coastal evenings. A gas fireplace will warm those winter nights if your stay is during cooler months.
Your home is fully equipped with comfortable furnishings and modern conveniences; including microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas BBQ, stereo, video, DVD and television with cable TV. To welcome you we will provide an indulgent treat and a bottle of wine for your enjoyment.
The affordable pricing is for your exclusive use of Casa del Mar - your home away from home. Part of the ground floor is a one bedroom self-contained flat with it's own deck (bottom right of above photo). This can be opened up to be part of the main house to add another bedroom, living area and full bathroom downstairs.
Seasonal rates see below. Public holidays and long weekends or local events may attract the higher rates during the low season. Two night minimum stay, longer term rates by negotiation.
